Seed Senior Living has immediate openings at our Bloomington Residence (located at 5422 W Old Shakopee Cir, MN 55437).  This home is close to the Mall of America, in-store shopping, Minnesota Valley National Wildlife refuge. We can also accommodate our clients to stores which are a short distance drive from the home.  Our program uses the ‘Harm Reduction’ model.

What is Harm Reduction?

Harm reduction is a strategy aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with drug use. It is based on the recognition that many people throughout the world are unable or unwilling to stop using illicit drugs. It therefore aims to:

1. Keep people alive and encourage positive change in their lives
2. Reduce the harms of drug
3. Offer alternatives to approaches that seek to prevent or end drug use

At Seed Senior Living we understand that our clients have struggled with chemical dependency, mental illness and homelessness prior to joining our program. We recognize their struggles and work to find a better solution. We feel that our clients should not be kicked out of their home if drugs have affected their lives.
