CJ AFC is licensed from Wright county Minnesota.
We provide family residential adult foster care service in our home. We have two room openings in our home. We have been experienced caregivers for the last 6 years as nursing assistants. I Fayu Chiri have been working with brain injury , physical disability, dementia, Alzheimer's Diabetes, Medication administration , and insulin. I use mechanical equipment wheelchair, Walker, EZ stand, hoyer, sliding board, and also much more as needed. we can provide free house rent for 5 month.
