Children’s ICF Home Openings, Vadnais Heights Claimed

Outcomes-Springhill is a 4-bed Children’s ICF home located in Vadnais Heights MN.  Since 1992, Outcomes has provided positive support services to help children with ASD and related conditions succeed.

We believe all individuals with developmental disabilities can be increasingly independent and actively involved in their communities.

We utilize best practice approaches to provide positive support strategies to engage each individual to actively participate in their daily lives and develop the skills needed to make appropriate choices and enjoy a quality of life based on personal preferences.

The home is licensed through age 21 and we will consider all applicants up to age 18, but preference is for those ages 12 and under.  This allows our team to develop successful relationships and support an individual to work on lifelong skills which can be used when the transition to adulthood.
