Our facility is very beltful and home like setting. it is located in Richfield MN.  we recently remodeled the faculty with everything. It has 5 capacity, three private room and one sharing room. we accept CADI wavier, elderly waiver, Medical U care, private pay etc., In general we accept many different kinds of insurance and you can call us for more information.  The facility is GRH approved.
