Safe & Reliable Home Health Care LLC is operated by two compassionate and caring adults who have years of experiences providing homecare services caring for frail elderly and disabled persons for over 20 years. We believe in a person’s entered care approach. Starting with deep listening and understanding of a person’s needs, we plan service deliveries that suites individual needs and desires and we do so with caution, compassion, respect and love.

We provide safe, convenient and supportive living arrangements for any adult 18 years and older who needs assistance due to age, physical, mental or developmental disabilities or any other life circumstances. Services include but not limited to: Companionship, personalized care, fostering independence, activities of daily living to enhance client’s quality life, nurturing environment to create a sense of community/belonging, promoting dignity and respects while addressing their unique needs.

Our facility /AFC home is newly built in 2023. It is a spacious house with four bedrooms, two full showers, a family room with large cable TV and laundry on the second floor, one bedroom, full bathroom/shower, large living room with cable TV connected to kitchen, and dining room on the first floor; and two large bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and very large family room on the lower floor with cable TV. Client is welcome to access and use any of the common spaces such as living room, family room, kitchen, dining room and the front porch area and the big fenced back yard.

In the inside, the house has electric stairlifts, one from the garage to the first floor and the other from the first floor to the finished and furnished basement floor. The open room is located on the main floor and is fully furnished with a brand new queen bed, queen mattress, dresser with mirror, nightstand and a chair. The client can bring his/her own furniture if desired. Client will have her/his private bathroom and shower and doesn’t have to share with others in the home. Each resident will have access to high speed internet.

We are conveniently located at the end of the block on 62^nd Street and Marshall Avenue adjacent to a farmland in a beautiful Magnolia Landing neighborhood (corner of Otsego, Albertville and St. Michaels) cities less than a mile from HWY 94 East/West on County Rd. 137 East.

Albertville Premium Outlet Mall, and other strep malls with varieties of stores including auto shops and gas stations are just a mile and half away from our home.
