
The Phoenix Residence, Inc is a nonprofit organization founded in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1974 by Margaret Ludden, a parent of a son with disabilities. Margaret formed a coalition of parents like her that had grown children with developmental and physical disabilities.
Our goal is to assist the individuals we support to be as independent as possible through daily programs and getting out into the community.
We have one opening at our Foss home in Saint Paul. This home is a 6-bed ICF/DD home north of Hwy. 94 that provides 24-hour awake staff with on-call nursing consultation.
