We-Care living is a 245D licensed (MN DHS) 24hr Residential Adult Foster Care (AFC), located in private suburb of Maplewood ( border of Woodbury) near bike trails, parks, golf course, immense Woodbury shopping Mall and plenty of other amenities within miles of the resident. We-Care living staff have over 10 years of solid broad health care experience; including experiences in long term living facility, group homes, senior living facilities, autism residents, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) residents, disability residents, elderly care. We also have a general hospital based care service experience. We provide care for Developmental Delay, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mental Health. We accept CADI,BI, CAC,DD waivers and private pay. We provide a person-centered care approach for our future residents in a family oriented environment for a comfort living.
